The Links Golf Society’s post.

A fine day greeted the Links Golf Society as they teed off at the always impressive Pattana Golf Course. With the course in top condition, lush fairways and true-rolling greens set the stage for some excellent scoring including a magnificent eagle on the par 6 by Paul Kennedy with a towering 6 iron for his third shot to a tap in eagle
Leading the way was Graham Priest (16), who produced a superb round to card 41 stableford points, securing a well-deserved victory. Hot on his heels was Justin Hati (18), who also played brilliantly to finish with 40 points, taking second place on countback over Pete Shaw (18), who matched the score but had to settle for third.
In fourth place was Kai Shah (20) whose solid round earned him 39 points, rounding out a competitive leaderboard.
Pattana proved once again why it’s a favourite among the players – challenging, scenic, and rewarding good golf. Well played to all!
