The Links Golf Society Report First timer winner dominates pattavia Century Golf course

Lucky we had a 10 am tee time today because the first group were able to fit off at 1045 . Beside the the tardiness of the tee time , pattavia was once again in great condition. We played off the white tees and the condition of the fairways enabled tremendous run and value for your drives today .

2 scores dominated the field today with the greenjacket , getting the prize for the first time was Aussie Tony Karatakanis with 40 points . The first game in 30 games where Tony has finished with more than 30 points .

Second was Steve Moxey with a great 39 points . Third was Roger Emery with 38 . Fourth with 34 on a countback was Selwyn Yates in front of Tony Cliff.

Near pins was won by John Doyle and Jim Muccino.
