Morgan Svensen wins the inaugural Golf Hub sponsored tournament,collecting his first greenjacket in the process.
The event proudly sponsored by Paul Tudor and Golf Hub who have supported The Links Golf Society for the last 2 years.
After a golf course change at the last moment where the previous course could not supply enough caddies or carts ,we were reluctant to move the game but to our amazement Pattana Golf Course jumped in at the last moment to help this day become an event and our thanks go out to Park from pattana golf club for enabling the links golf to run this First of many events today.
The course as usual was in great shape with both manicured greens and fairways being typical of a well laid out golf course as pattana is.
The greenjacket winner today and collecting ฿7000 in the process was Morgan Svensen who carted an impressive 38 points collecting a near pin along the way as well . Second was Huw Phillips one shot behind on 37 . Frank the entertainer McArdle finished even with his handicap on 36 points . Viti Cirrili was fourth on a countback from Steve Elles both on 35 points ,Jim Muccino was sixth with 34 and Rocky Jones, the best golfer in the field finished 7 th with 33 points ,a lazy 3 over par.
