On arrival there were rumbles of thunder in the distance and by the time we were about to tee off the storm had arrived and the air horn was sounded for safety and we had a 30-40 minute wait.
Even once we had started it was still going to be a wet day but that didn’t stop this fine bunch of golfers scoring well.
We played the white tees on lakes and ocean 6150 yards and this time there were no daft pin positions on the lakes 9.
Today’s winner has just got back from a month away in Australia but that didn’t stop him scoring an unbelievable 43pts!

2nd place was another man finding form but still searching for his first win with us

3rd place went to the pool team captain John McGee with an impressive 39pts.

4th place was Bradley Sobel with a solid 37pts and also picking up a near pin.
The last spot went to new comer Tobias Mertens with 35pts securing a podium finish on his debut.
