Off we go again for the last few days of July and this week we started with a trip to Pleasant Valley.
It was a public holiday as it was the kings birthday so most of the golf courses are very busy and today was no exception.
I woke up to several messages asking if golf would go ahead due to a big downpour in Pattaya but my caddy had already said it had cleared at the course.
When we finally got away we played the white tees at just over 6000 yards starting on the 10th tee.
We had some great scores in today and yet again another close competition with only 2 shots separating all the winners.
Today’s winner has finally found some form after springing a surprise visit.
Congratulations to Pat Lavin with 40pts with an unbelievable 23pts on his front 9.
Well played today mate very solid.
2nd place went to the man with the million dollar smile Chris Barker with 39pts.
Chris and Pat were both in my group and it was a great battle to watch these pensioners go at each other lol
3rd place was the inform Aussie Tony Vanin with an impressive 38pts scoring 19pts on each 9. Another good round mate
The last spot went to Steve Elles also with 38pts missing out on a countback but had a massive 23pts on his front 9.
