Thats another fantastic week of golf over we had over 130 golfers at 5 different courses as the society keeps on growing.
We finished at the fabulous Rayong Green Valley which is always in great shape and some of the fastest greens around.
As always we played the white tees at 6600 yards and it’s one of the toughest tests of golf especially the opening par 4 up hill at 430 yards.
Out of a field of 33 golfers not one broke par which wasn’t a surprise but one managed level par.
Today’s winner can grind a result out anywhere and it was no surprise that Pat
Lavin edged victory with 36pts on a very tough course for yet another win.
2nd place went to Dan Chanthapho with a solid 35pts. Nice to see you finding form again ahead of next weeks Ryder Cup.
3rd place was the very inform Gene McNulty also with 35pts just missing out to Dan on a countback.
4th place was Sasicha with 34pts leading the 4 ladies that took part today.
5th place went to Nok with 33pts edging out her playing partner Craig McAvinue on a countback but he claimed the final podium place on a very close scoring day.
