On Tuesday 26th of May we held our monthly Medal competition at Greenwood Golf Club.
The competition was very kindly sponsored by AUGUST RESTAURANT.
We had 4 groups playing in extremely hot conditions on a very well-maintained golf course which was playing rather long. The greens were a tad on the slow side, resulting in plenty of 3 putts for many players throughout the day.
The best score of the day came from our Indian/Irish friend and member Kai, who finished with an excellent net 71 thanks to a chip-in birdie on the 18th hole. 
There were no 2s recorded, so the pot carries over to Pattaya Country Club on Friday 
We also noticed that the Greenwood C Course is currently undergoing a complete reconstruction, and we look forward to playing it again once the work has been completed.
