Despite it being a holiday, we took good numbers to Treasure Hill for our first game of the week. The course was in very good condition and the staff are polite and professional. The only complaint we had – and this is not just Treasure Hill – is the amount of 5 and 6 balls that are allowed on the course many of whom have no idea about the etiquette of the game and are completely oblivious of the groups waiting behind them.
As for the golf, it was the Windsor clan who dominated with Prince William leading the field with 39 followed by King Dean on 36. It was a close-run battle for 3rd and 4th with returnee Mal Foord just edging out Gary Richardson on a countback after both came home with 35.
