The Monday golf journey was an hour trip up the highway to the well manicured Bangpakong Riverside golf course.
Playing off the white tees was a challenging test of mental anguish for the links golfers today, cross winds of varying strengths help keep the scores down to their previous games played At Bangpakong.
Today’s greenjacket winner was the European Claus Birt Thornson who dominated the course with a very respectable 40 points winning by a very close 3 way countback with all 3 players finishing on 36 points.
Winning on the countback was Rocky Jones with 36 points .Tim Duffy was third also with 36 and the Japanese invader Takeshi Hakazaki finished 4 th .
Fifth also on a countback was 007 Steve Elles on 35
