A good field turned out at Phoenix Gold Golf Course, where the conditions were surprisingly in a deteriorated condition and the scoring proved to be a challenge for most.
The greens were slower than usual with some greens having been scarified during the last few weeks
The greenjacket winner was a back to back effort with Petur Peterson falling into the winning position from a triple countback from Jim Muccino, Sam Scarfo and Grant Pride, fighting out the minor placings .
The near pins were a complete domination by Dave Walls taking out all 4 near pins and then being destroyed by every other hole
