FRANKIE WINS GREENJACKET IN A VERY CLOSE ONE
The links crew ventured up to the Navy course today .
They were met with very wet conditions from heavy rain for the last few days.
With the heavy conditions ,workers had not been able to mow the fairways and rough and told on the he scores today.
The winner of the greenjacket today was the popular Frank McArdle with 30 points in a triple countback from Steve Moxey and Alan Penny with Karl Flood finishing fourth ,1 shot behind with 29 points.The rest of the field struggled in the heavy conditions.
