The Links Golf Society – Mollrup Golf Course local wins second green jacket at Plutaluang.

Middle of the week golf excursion with the links crew was to the interesting Plutaluang navy course .

Playing East and North proved challenging as the east course had cored greens and the North course was a lot slicker than the east course with golfers experiencing a multitude of 3 putts .

Navy course has a challenging course design but still needs some tender loving care around the fairways and rough.

We were lucky to tee off 20 min early as an 8 ball of locals were waiting on the 1st tee but were waiting for 1 of their players to turn up .We would still be there now .

Today’s winner with 38 points was the very consistent Gerner Lykke from north Denmark second 2 shots behind was the helicopter throwing wedge player Steve Elles.third was another consistent performer in John O’Neill with 34 and Grant Pride with 7 three putts finishing 4th with 33 points
