We played the white tees at 6600 yards on A & C 9s they were in great shape although the greens were a little bit slow but they were nice and receptive.
It was a very hot day and everyone was feeling it especially the caddies.
Nobody managed to beat their handicaps today which was a surprise with the heat and length of the course.
We got round today in less than 4hrs with not a soul on the course which was very strange for Greenwood.
Today’s winner was myself with 36pts and a fantastic 21pts on the back 9 to win on a countback. I’m now down to 5.8 so getting nearer to my 4 target.
2nd place was my playing partner and great friend Shane Thomason also with 36pts. It was a great battle in the heat but he’s a tough man to beat.
3rd place was Rob Hopson with 33pts
Rob has just arrived recently from the States and got his first podium finish.
For anyone not signed up for the Tenzing Day on Friday drop me a message if you want to play at Burapha.
