The course was in really good shape and we played the usual white tees at just over 6000 yards.
As we know Pleasant Valley isn’t the longest golf course but you still need to be accurate off the tee and today’s winner was accurate and long.
All the winners today managed to break par but we had a runaway winner with a fantastic score and even an Eagle.
Congratulations to Steve Elles finally claiming a well deserved win. I played with Steve today and he destroyed the par 5s nearly making an albatross on 1 of them!
Well done mate 1st of many wins.
2nd place went to the sneaky old American Chris Barker with an impressive 39pts and hopefully a return to form as he loves a moan does our Chris lol
3rd place was Joe Dourley with a solid 37pts. Joes just returned back from a trip back home and straight back into form.
