Pattana really is an amazing set up with a beautiful clubhouse, I just wish the course would return to its former glorious self, the greens are still slow and inconsistent and the rough is a little out of control, hard to sport balls just a few feet off the fairway.
We played the A&B loops from the white tees at 6400 yards and today’s winner won by 3 shots, impressive given the wind.
Well done to today’s winner Anthony Sawyer with an impressive 39pts, we haven’t seen Ant for a while and he rocked up with a dubious 30 handicap, that won’t be happening again, you can man up and play off a proper handicap, great seeing you mate.
2nd place was Adam Barton with an impressive 36pts following up another good round on Wednesday, last game on this trip, safe travels mate and see you next month.
3rd and final place today was Emm Maume who beat Greg Smith into 3rd on a CB, everyone loves to see this! Also Emm’s last game this trip, safe travels to France and see you soon, been great having you around
