It proved to be extremely popular with 15 groups taking part in the new event.

Thanks to Craig and the Tenzing team for all the support as we move into our 3rd year of working together.
The competition was unbelievably tight with just 2 shots separating the top 5 teams. We played the white tees at just under 6600 yards and this course is always one of the toughest we play.
Today’s winners were Pat Lavin and Phil Starrett with a very impressive 42pts beating three other pairs who all had 41pts
They were bookies favourites before we started and stood up to the test.
2nd place were my playing partners Shane Thomason and Dan Chantapo with 41pts.
They started slowly with 17pts on the front 9 but caught fire on the back with 24pts to win the 3 way countback .
3rd place went to Adam Barton and Andy Peacock also with 41pts. How they managed this after the night they had is a mystery! Also Adam has some making up to do with Jeab maybe the envelope will cover the cost of new bed sheets 
4th place went to Donal Coffey and Gordon Smith with 41pts but only scoring 21pts on the back 9.
The last place went to a pair made up on the morning from Spain and Korea Luis Garcia and Baek Yong Hyeon with a solid 40pts to round off a great day.
