We played the white tees at 6600 yards in pretty windy conditions so it was a very stern test today.
The course was in magnificent condition and we managed to get away early and again had nobody in front of us so another sub 4 hour round which was great.
Today’s scores were some of the lowest we’ve ever had with nobody even managing 30pts which shows how difficult it was out there.
It was the my playing partner and great friend that finally knocked me off the winner spot…. Congratulations to the sexy scouser Adam Barton with 28pts winning on a countback. Some great drives today mate well deserved win.
2nd place went to Mr Consistent Martin Evans also with 28pts but 11pts on his back 9 cost him victory.
3rd place was myself with 26pts to cap an unbelievable week of golf with 3 wins, one second and a third place finish. A well earned rest this weekend after 5 rounds on the spin.
