We finished another great week with a trip down to Rayong to play the awesome
St Andrews 2000 which is one of the best layouts we play.
We played the white tees at 6400 yards in perfect weather conditions and as always got looked after extremely well and again got away early which always goes down well with the players.
It was a sad day for us as Pat Lavin was heading back to the uk after his 5 month winter visit. Pat has been a great friend for many years now and the help he has provided this trip has been unbelievable
You will be missed by everyone and especially at presentation have a safe trip and I’ll see you in May back home.
We had a runaway winner today with an incredible score of 43pts winning by 7 shots! Congratulations to Bob Newman shooting 1 over par off a handicap of 7.
2nd place went to the best 11 handicaper in Pattaya Martin Evans with 36pts and another podium finish.
3rd place went to another great guy who’s heading home as well Phil Thompson with 35pts. Safe trip home pal thanks for the support see you next time.
4th place was the big man Shane Thomason with 34pts but what a start with 23pts on his front 9!
The last spot went to Alastair Conway with 33pts winning on a 3 way count back and picking up 2 near pins today.
