That’s another fantastic golfing week completed and today we played at the beautiful and testing Khao Kheow.
I gave them an easier day playing A & B off the whites at around 6000 yards but with the wind blowy pretty strong it would be a tough day out there.
The course was is great condition and B was exceptionally good and I would rate Khao Kheow as one of the best value course out there right now.
Today’s winner was my playing partner and great friend Pat Lavin with 37pts. He started with a birdie so I knew it was going to be an expensive day! Pat had 3 birdies in total but nearly choked down the last 3 holes but hung on to win on a count back.
2nd place was my other playing partner and great friend Greg Smith who also had 37pts and was flying on the front 9 with 21pts but a bit of tiredness on the closing stretch cost him the win but still a great battle between you and Pat.
3rd place went to the sneaky American with the big smile Chris Barker with 35pts
Chris is in the form of his life and nobody can keep him off the podium at the minute.
4th place went the very likeable Jim Kureava with 34pts scoring a massive 21pts on the back 9. Well played Jim
5th place went to another good guy in fine form Phil Thompson with 33pts just winning on a count back.
The last spot went to a new comer Martin Evans also with 33pts. Great debut mate and glad you enjoyed the day.
