The midweek game was a bit of a challenge after arriving at Khao Kheow the course was unplayable due to a big storm.
The golf addicts still wanted a game so after a bit of research we ended up at Hermes Golf Club.
There were still rumbles of thunder and on and off rain but nothing bad enough to stop play.
The course was in great shape and thank you to Hermes for getting us away as soon as we arrived.
We played the white tees at just over 6000 yards but it felt much more in the soft conditions.
We had a runaway winner today by 6 shots, congratulations to Martin Evans with a fantastic 41pts with 3 birdies. Martin got cut to 9 with PSC but took a voluntary extra shot so is now off 8. Very sporting!
Martin also won 2 near pins.
2nd place was myself with 35pts on my last day before heading back to the uk. It was a mixed day with 2 birdies and an eagle but start and finished with a scratch.
3rd place was my playing partner Mark Johnstone with a solid 32pts which could have been so much more had his putter been working.
Another podium finish though.
The last spot was Steve Elles also with 32 pts missing out on another countback.
