Rainy week
On Tuesday we went to Greenwood, where we the A & B course played. We were curious how the course would be after all the rain. We were happy to see that the course was in good condition despite all the rain. The fairways were wet and there was no roll and the greens was slow. Looking at the results we could see that it was not an easy day.
The results were reasonable. Steve Sturley was the most consistent and won with 35 stable ford points. Runner up was Allan Cassin with 33 points.
The spoon was this time for Gary Lees.
After coming back we celebrated a late birthday of Stephen.
The near pins were for Peter Jens and Stephen Ford.
Our venue for Thursday was Khao Kheow. In the morning on the way to our coffee was it raining cats and dogs. Only 3 heroes were brave enough to go to the course. As usual it was dry about 9.30 and they could play a round on the A and C loop.
There was not a real competition, but Allan Cassin beat John Pegrum and Hidde Bijl.
