Eastern Star was the venue today for the links golfers .We were expecting rain but happily the rain decided to flow after the golf today .
With the abundance of rain lately has enabled the golf courses to be looking greener and more picturesque than the last few months .
Today’s winner of the prestigious green jacket was the evergreen Ted Senior with 37 points .Mr Eastern Star Karl Flood was second with 33 with Steve Moxey finishing third with 31 .
The scoring was tough with the members markers being at 6500 yards today .
