On Friday 8th of May we held our outing at Green Valley Country Club.
We had 5 groups playing, and we played from the yellow tees.
Green Valley was in great condition with very fast greens, and it proved to be a stern test for all golfers.
In fact, only one golfer — Paul Blackshaw — played to his handicap on the day.
Paul ended up being a two-shot winner over the in-form Stuart Evans in second place.
There were two 2s recorded on the day, by Stuart Evans and Gerry Conway.
After golf, all golfers were treated to a lovely meal by Gifsy and her staff back at Magic Bar.
