For our first event of the week we took full advantage of the PSC voucher system which enabled us to play Bangpra for the all-in price of 1500 baht. With Songkran now finished, we had a good turnout on what is a difficult course. It was the last game for a while from Paul Tidy and Dave Boyes who are soon to be heading home but such is the pull of Thailand, that they will be returning in about 6 weeks. Although 2 depart, 2 joined. Welcome to Ben Williams and a welcome back to Auden Jensen.
Tim Parsons was a recent winner at Pattavia and he carried on his good play with victory at Bangpra with his 34 points edging out Nigel Henson on a countback. Third and fourth places were also decided on a countback with Tony Browne edging out Dean Windsor who in turn took 4th place over George Mueller courtesy of a better last 6 holes.
