The start of the golfing week sees the links golf society travel to the dry and tricky Greenwood Golf Course for the Monday game
Greenwood Golf course proved no challenge to jubilant first time greenjacket winner Niall Caven as he destroyed the course and the field with an incredible 42 points .
Second was decided on a countback with a very impressive 37 points from Peter Scott who collected the money on a countback from Rob Crozier . Fourth was the popular Andy Kelleher with 36 points . Fifth was Decon with 34 and Huw Phillips completed the prizes in sixth with 33 points.
