The links golf society ventured up the highway to the Sir Nick Faldo designed Emerald Golf Course. The course again was quirky with very different holes with different speed on the greens , with the difficulty with the speed of the greens made scores down in previous rounds .
The greenjacket winner today was Simon Niven with 34 points on a countback . Simon has been sniffing around the prizes for the last few weeks .
Second was Lachlan Fenech also on 34 points . George Mueller completed the podium with 32 points.
Even with the small field 4 near pins were presented today with Simon Niven collecting 2 and Soren Hansen and Paul Connery collected the other near pins
