DON WINS GREENJACKET BEFORE FLYING HOME
Rain threatened all day at Pattavia Century Golf Course but only a short sun shower prevailed for the links crew today.
Once again the golfing gods were kind and allowed a solid day of reasonable good scores
Pattavia as usual provided some extremely tricky greens and some solid high rough to torture the links crew today .
Don Pavlovic the Serbian assassin took the greenjacket in a dominant display of outstanding putting to have 38 points winning by 4 strokes from the ever consistent Selwyn Yates with 34 on countback from Grant Pride and Mike Keir finished fourth with 33
The near pin on the 4 th hole today was easily won by Don Pavlovic who proceeded to donate the beers to his playing partners.
