Wednesday saw us take 7 groups to Plutaluang to play off the white tees which were set far back and making it a very long challenge. The course was in excellent condition with the exception of the 17th green which needs some serious work to get it on a par with the other greens.
It was a pleasure to welcome back Keith Melbourne, Will Brown, John Windsor, Stuart Elsey, Phil Heath and John Mallett. Thank you all for your support.
Billy Buchanan isn`t renowned for his long hitting but with the help of a red-hot putter, he was the only player to break the par of 36 points. Billy`s 37 saw him 2 ahead of his nearest challengers, Nigel Henson and Huw Phillips.
