After our last visit in the storm you would never know that so many trees had fallen and it’s a credit to the green staff how quickly they made this course immaculate again and it has to be said how good the greens were.
We played the white tees as always at 6250 yards in a blistering heat which saw one player retire early.
Today’s winner is a new comer to the society but making a big impression
Congratulations to Tony Hall with an impressive 40pts winning for the first time with the Sports Hub.
2nd place was myself with 38pts which could have been the illusive sub par round after making 4 birdies in the first 6 holes but again the wheels came off a little bit but I can’t complain after a week off with injury and a great return to form.
3rd place went to my playing partner Jordan Brown with 37pts which was a nice return to form after recent golf lessons which as we all know wrecks your head.
Stick with the process mate it will all work out in the end.
