On Friday we made the short trip down to Rayong to play Silky Oak on a much cooler day with plenty of cloud cover.
We had 7 groups battling it out today off the white tees at 6300 yards.
As always we were looked after very well and got away 20 minutes early with not a single hold up which is always good on a Friday with the Aussies wanting to watch the NRL.
It was extremely tight today with only 2 shots separating the top 6 and only 1 player beating their handicap.
Todays winner is an absolute diamond always great fun to have around he’s older than a Conker Tree but still playing great golf congratulations to Andy Kelleher with 37pts.
2nd place went to the grumpiest man in Pattaya but at least he admits it and another podium finish for Tony Riemann with 36pts winning a 3 way count back with 20pts on his back 9.
3rd place was new comer Ron McLoughin also with 36pts securing his second podium finish this week.
4th place Went to the big Aussie Steve
Kilminster also with 36pts missing out on a count back but had a fantastic level par front 9.
5th place was Mr Consistent Bob Mullholland with 35pts and nobody can keep him out of the prizes at the moment.
The last spot went Paul Sarkisian with 34pts and his great form continues but the first win is still alluding him.
