The course was in good condition and is always a good test of golf. The greens still
Could do with being faster but it’s definitely improved over the last few months which a good to see.
We played A&B 9s off the white tees at 6350 yards and with not much run it plays every yard of it and the scores reflect it.
The competition was extremely tight today with one shot separating the top 5.
Congratulations to Richard Emery claiming his first victory with out scoring 35pts to win on a countback.
2nd place went to Graham Hurdon also with 35pts scoring an unbelievable 22pts on his front 9 but crumbling to 13pts on his back 9 meaning he just missed out.
3rd place was Paul Sarkasian with 34pts winning a 3 way countback. Nice to see you back from injury and playing well.
4th place was the ever consistent Harvey Millington also with 34pts beating Mark Suchy on a countback who finished 5th.
