Our midweek fix of golf took us to the always difficult Bangpra Golf Club.
It was in its usual great condition with very slick greens where being below the hole is a must at this course.
It was perfect conditions with plenty of cloud and a gentle breeze keeping the players nice and cool.
We played the white tees at 6600 yards and it was no surprise that nobody beat their handicap. It’s such a long course with very tricky greens but it’s good to put yourself to the test every now and again.
Today’s winner is a new comer to the Pattaya Sports Hub and he manage to win on the toughest course we play so congratulations to John Roddis with a very impressive 35pts.
2nd place went to the inform Emm Maume with a solid 33pts beating Ryan on a countback with 16pts on her back 9.
3rd place went to Mr Lover Lover Ryan Joyce also with 33pts. I played with Ryan and he had 18pts through 7 holes and he was writing his winners speech until the wheels came flying off. Some great golf though mate and always good fun.
The last spot went to myself with a respectable 30pts beating Tony Danford on countback with 17pts on my back 9.
