MAGIC GOLF REPORT On Friday the 23rd we played our monthly medal competition at Bangpakong golf course.

We also held the medal final for the combined 2025 winners

We had a great turnout of 31 golfers, indeed we could have filled another 2 groups but the golf club would not allow it.

The course was in great shape, we played from the white tees ( for men) and it proved to be a stern test at 6,400 yards

The greens were in great shape, playing rather fast with many subtle breaks.

Thankfully we had no delays, and the day ran very smoothly.

The best score of the day came from Brendan McDaid with a 68 Net ( off 5 handicap) winning the January medal

The winner of 2025 medal championship was Derek McGarry with a net score of 71

Nice to see two Irish boys picking up the main prizes.

We had one lucky winner of the twos club which was Urban Nordstrom, the twos pot included a carryover so it was a nice pay day for Urban.
