It was a hot and humid day for our 7 groups for the first game of the week which took us to Pleasant Valley. It was good to meet up with some old friends from The Links who were in front of us.
One of the most popular wins of the season was Keith Griffith`s victory. It was only a few months ago that he underwent serious heart surgery and everyone is delighted to see that the surgery was hugely successful. It was a close contest with Callum Craig equalling Keith`s 42 points only to be edged out on a countback. All told, there were 5 scores in the 40`s.
Please note that on Wednesday the transport will be leaving at 9.15 and not 9.30 as previously advertised.
On the 2nd of March we will be holding a Memorial Day for Phil Davies at Bang Pakong. The `sign up` has been posted on the Line Group. Phil was a true legend of the Pattaya golf scene and is sadly missed.
