The midweek competition was at Pattana Sports Resort playing A&B 9s.
The course was in decent condition and it’s always a good test of golf. The greens still need more work and are pretty slow but overall it’s a good day out here.
We played the white tees as usual 6350 yards and there were some great scores in today. We managed to dodge the rain and make it round in under 4 hours.
Today’s winner is in fine form and today was no different congratulations to Martin Evans with a very impressive 40pts scoring 22pts on his front 9 and 18pts coming home to secure a 2 shot victory.
2nd place went to Mr Lover Lover Paul Gill with 38pts finishing strong with 20pts on his back 9 but couldn’t quite catch Martin but it was a great battle.
3rd place went to Forsyth Henderson with a solid 37pts again finishing well with 20pts on the back 9. Nice to see you on the podium mate.
The last spot went to Tony Wheeler fresh back from his trip to Vietnam with 34pts beating his big gay mate Kev on a countback with an impressive 21pts on his back 9. Wheels is more known for finishing early so this was a surprise to us all lol.
