Our first game of the month saw us take 4 groups up to Pattavia on what was a perfect day for golf with cloud cover and a gentle breeze keeping the temperatures down. It was good to welcome back the returning Jon Dean and Auden Jensen. When there is cloud cover there is always the fear that it could bring rain, or even worse, lightning, and although there were some dark clouds about, fortunately the weather stayed fine and the temperatures bearable.
The only lightning around was Mai from tee to green with her 38 points. As the title might suggest, she had some trouble on the greens with numerous 3 putts and even one 4 putt. Runner-up was Paul Longstaff with 37 points. Auden Jensen and Paul Lanzetta completed the podium positions.
