Our last event of the month, and indeed our last game of the high season, was at Greenwood where we played B & C nines. We bid a warm welcome to Andy Robertson and Kieran Docherty and a sad farewell to Garry Lyon and George Wilson.
Despite falling numbers, we still managed 6 groups to take on Greenwood and it was Tim Parsons who scorched round with 40 points to take the plaudits. Runner-up was Tony Browne with 38 with Paul Longstaff and Mike Babb being the others to `break par`. The final podium place went to Vic Hansen.
