After an incredible week last week we start all over again going into Christmas week with 4 rounds of golf beginning at the fantastic Royal Lakeside Golf Club.
We took 7 groups to battle it out off the white tees at 6250 yards. It was an extremely hot day but the wind got up on the back 9 to make scoring a bit tougher.
The course was in great shape as always the only slight downside were the greens which weren’t as slick as normal and a bit inconsistent.
We welcomed 4 more new players today so thank you for choosing the Sports Hub to play your golf with us.
The competition was one of the closest ever with only 2 shots separating the top 6
places and some countbacks that had Colm scratching his head while doing the scorecards.
Today’s winner is the Welsh Deviant Mr
Mark “Sully” Sullivan with 37pts. I think next round out he might be on the clock for pace of play! If he moved as quick as he does in Kink that would be perfect lol

2nd place went to the very consistent Neville O Brien who doesn’t like to stay for presentation so we ordered 24 shots with his winnings.
3rd place went to Steve Richardson with 35pts shooting a 1 over par 73 in tough conditions but winning a 4 way countback.
4-6th place also had 35pts with Rodney Baker beating Chris Barker on a last 6 countback and Pat Lavin taking the final Podium place.
