Siam Country Resort 16/1

On Tuesday 16th January we went to King’s Naga. It was a nice sunny day with a breeze and not too warm. The course was in good condition. There have been done a good job since the takeover. And the price is very attractive, value for money.

Despite the good conditions today we had not high scores. Stan Rees was the most consistent and played a god round and won with 36 stable ford points. Second was Paul Davies with 32 stable ford points and third Dave Smith with 32 stable ford points.

The nears to the pin were for Dave Smith, Willem Lasonder, Josh and George Gamble.

Mountain Shadow was our venue for Thursday 18th January. It was a bright sunny day. First  we thought it would be very hot, but it was not too bad. The course was in very good condition, but we had some problems with trees and greens. That kept the scores moderate. It was again Stan Rees who played a consistent game. Again he won with 36 stable ford points. Second was Jonathan Pratt with 32 stable ford points and third Willem Lasonder with 30 stable ford points.

The nears to the pin were for Allan Cassin, Dave Smith (2x) and Willem Lasonder.
