Growling Swan 15/1
GROWLING SWAN GOLF!
MOUNTAIN SHADOW GC – 15th Jan 2018.
As it was.
A Frenchman makes it to the Summit First.
Well we are still suffering from player shortage, eleven golfers were heading out to Mt Shadow, a favorite of The Growling Swan Crew. We had a later than normal Tee time as one may think that things are picking up, anyway game On!
Playing from the Blue Tees it seemed to suit some of our players, but then again as scores showed it may have been a little too long!
The course was in good condition (as always) fairways were mowed and the first cut wasn’t too bad either. The greens were slow as per the normal. Weather played an important part, it made conditions quite pleasant a nice change from the heat that we sometimes suffer from.
It was Patrick Poussier that made it his day, returning with the best score of the day being 33 points. Second past the post was Colin Stielow. With the size of the field being so small we were only to recognize first and second spots. All novelties were in play!

The GS is a friendly golf outlet and caters for and encourages all golfers male and female to have a hit at any of our weekly outings. We generally play Mondays and Thursdays at one of the many fine golf courses in and around Pattaya. Please contact Peter Grey if you are interested on 086 1503086.
On a side note I am finding that a lot of reports that I send out to people that are using Hotmail these are bouncing back. I am trying to rectify this!
