CANADIAN HEGEMONY
This week Maurice Paradis came back from Canada, bringing a friend to play golf with us. Both Canadians were well prepared as well as our other Canadian Max Vroom.
On Tuesday our venue was since long time Crystal Bay, where we played the A & C loop. The feed back about the course was mixed. The course is not in top condition and the greens also doubtful. But the rate is good.
It was an exciting battle between Maurice Paradis and Max Vroom for the win. Maurice went steady on and came in with 36 stable ford points. Max was runner up with 35 points.
The near pins were for Allan Cassin, Max Vroom and Maurice Paradis.
On Thursday we went again to the Emerald. We can see that the course is improving every week. Even with all the rain the condition was good. The greens are also getting better. But it is still not an easy course.
We had again a battle between the Canadians. This time was Robert Charbonneau the man of the day with 35 stable ford points. Runner up was Maurice Paradis with 34 points, just bating Dave Lea on the count back.
The near pins were for Allan Cassin, Robert Charbonneau and Max Vroom.
