PATTAYA SPORTS CLUB BOWLING LEAGUE
First place Indiana and second place Canada squared off against each other and each team won two points. Bavaria who was in third place moved closer to the top of the standings after winning all four points from Café Kronborg. The race is on with only three weeks remaining in this league.
With Indiana’s best bowler gone to bowl in a tournament upcountry they were very lucky to win two points from Canada. Jang Shaw was the leader for Indiana with a 522 series. Canada was led by Tue Pettae who had a 526 series.
Ooy Pluemkamon bowled a very good series of 586 for Bavaria with games of 221, 176 and 189. Leo Kretscher also helped the cause with a 523 series to lead Bavaria to a four point win over Café Kronborg.
Kran Nielsen bowled a 225 game and 523 series for Kronborg.
Green Tree is keeping their trophy chances alive after winning three points from Brother D. Bill Gibson stepped up for Green Tree bowling a 507 series, 627 with handicap.
Balloon won three points from undermanned VFW Post 9876 who have been bowling with only two bowlers.
Markko bowling as a Pacer bowled a 212 game and 572 series and Hannu also a Pacer had a 504 series.
