This school on Sukhumvit in the Utapoa area had a real problem. They have 165 students 9 teachers and only three toilets. With one toilet dedicated to staff use this meant only one toilet for boys and one for girls not a satisfactory situation, but unfortunately a problem all to common in schools both inside and outside our city. Many Schools in our area are lacking such basic facilities as sufficient toilets, clean drinking water, clean kitchens and adequate dining areas not to mention unsafe classrooms.
These problems are often brought to the attention of local Charity groups and where budgets are available are quickly remedied. In this instance Pattaya Sport’s Club and the Jesters have combined to provide a toilet block that will not only provide for the Schools immediate needs but cater for any future increase in students.
Pattaya Sport’s Club is dedicated to supporting and providing opportunities for local youth and this can best be achieved by helping to supply a safe and sanitary learning environment. Where funds allow PSC will endeavour to assist schools with these problems and budgets that do not allow them to address the situation. Jesters Care for Kids is another organisation with a similar philosophy and it is a pleasure to be able to cooperate with them on these School Projects as we have in the past and will continue to do so in the future. While we cannot solve all the problems, with these efforts we can make a difference. Many thanks to the Jesters for their cooperation and their sharing of the funds required to supply this facility.
Below are a few photos of work in progress. The work is expected to be complete on a week or so when I will post photos of the finished facility

The work at Bangklongbangpai is now complete and when the children return to school after their six week holiday term they will have brand new facilities to give them relief [pun intended]. Below are some photos of the finished project. I would like to thank the Jesters Woody Underwood and the builder Khun Buanteong for their support in this worthy endeavour.
